Account Manager Role (Ex Construction Engineering)
Salary: $150K–$180K + Super + Commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250K–$270K
Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 50 hours during new client onboarding (3 or 4 times a year)
Work Style: Highly flexible, with remote work, client site visits, and occasional travel to major cities for meetings

This is a unique opportunity to step into a key role as the second Account Manager within the client’s APAC go-to-market team. The successful candidate will join a high-performing team of six sales and customer success professionals. The role is ideal for someone with deep construction knowledge who is ready to leverage their experience in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
The client is committed to driving successful construction project delivery. In this role, Account Managers are expected to prioritise project success, which naturally leads to enterprise growth and platform expansion.
Ideal candidates will have spent years in construction—managing projects, leading teams, and navigating complex site operations—and now seek to apply that expertise in a new and strategic context. Proven playbooks have been developed and refined to support a smooth transition into account management, offering the structure and backing necessary for success.

Although the initial focus will be on Australian accounts, there is strong potential to broaden the scope across the expanding APAC customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead post-enterprise growth strategy and execution for key Tier 1 and 2 Australian accounts
- Drive a value-first approach: project success → company success → platform growth
- Build and maintain relationships with senior champions across customer organisations
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders
- Generate expansion opportunities within enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure excellent onboarding and activation
- Help customers establish consistent operating processes across projects
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to project delivery teams
- Adapt and refine the use of proven playbooks
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual expansion targets
Who You Are:
- Construction Expertise – Experienced on-site in roles such as Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, or Construction Manager, with a desire to apply that experience in a new domain
