Project Manager – Civil & Water Infrastructure

This is your chance to step into a senior leadership role delivering critical civil and water infrastructure that directly supports communities and improves quality of life across South East Queensland.

This business specialises in complex, challenging projects across civil construction and water infrastructure.

About You

You’re practical, commercially sharp and respected on site and in the office. You lead from the front, back your people and know how to deliver complex work without ego.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 8–10+ years’ experience as a Senior Project Engineer ready to step up, or existing PM experience

• Strong background in civil and/or water infrastructure (degree not essential)

• Proven commercial capability – forecasting, tenders, pricing and contracts

• Experience delivering complex water sector projects

• Confidence leading engineers, supervisors and site crews

• High standards around values, work ethic and accountability

• Strong stakeholder and client management skills

• Knowledge of local SEQ / QLD infrastructure (highly regarded)

In This Role, You Will Also:

• Work closely with Supervisors and site crews

• Contribute to tender pricing and commercial strategy

• Maintain systems and compliance (Procore, Dash, Bin, HSE)

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to drive growth and eventually step up into a senior role if this your choosing
