What Set this Role Apart

  • This role is valuable because you’ll be trusted to help deliver complex civil infrastructure projects that shape communities, support major clients, and strengthen your long-term career in project delivery.
  • You will build major civil and structures projects across sectors including roads, rail, bridges, pipelines, renewables, earthworks, water, sewerage, mining, airports, and commercial infrastructure.
  • You will learn from an experienced leadership team and a business with strong self-perform capability, commercial discipline, and established systems.
  • You will own project outcomes across programming, commercial performance, cost control, procurement, supplier engagement, and delivery.
  • You will influence how projects are planned, resourced, delivered, and improved while working closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • You will become stronger at leading complex civil works, resolving technical and commercial challenges, managing risk, and driving safe, efficient project delivery.
  • You will be closer to long-term career progression, broader project exposure, and opportunities locally and abroad.
  • You will be able to say you did meaningful infrastructure work that supported Tier 1 and government clients and contributed to projects with lasting community impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and lead project teams across civil and structures projects throughout Australia.
  • Create, implement, monitor, and review construction programs against contractual, commercial, and delivery targets.
  • Manage budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and project reporting in line with business objectives.
  • Work directly with clients to resolve technical, commercial, and scheduling issues.
  • Manage suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors across schedule of rates and/or lump sum environments.
  • Compile and administer contracts in line with the company’s project management approach.
  • Implement corrective actions to support efficient use of plant, labour, and hired resources.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, commercial performance, and successful project outcomes.

What’s in it for You

  • A genuine leadership role with a growing civil construction company
  • Career progression opportunity with a positive, no-nonsense team
  • Additional leave + mature approach to flexibility
  • Secure, government-funded portfolio through to 2028

“Good salary and benefits for employees. They’re a good bunch of people to work with.”

About You

  • You have experience delivering self-perform works.
  • You can read drawings, interpret plans, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders.
  • You’re confident with programming, cost control, procurement, quality control, and supplier engagement.
