Step Off Site & Into Strategy – Pre-Contracts & Advisory Roles
What We’re Looking For:
- Civil Construction experience
- Practical experience on site, in planning or Estimating
- Someone motivated, reliable, and ready to take the next step
- Commercially minded and eager to learn the business of Infrastructure
- Confident in building strong relationships with all stakeholders
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working at the front-end of projects: supporting tenders, providing constructability input, and preparing strategies
- Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and advisory reports
- Being a key part of client relationships and decision-making early in the project lifecycle
- Learning from experienced senior professionals with real mentorship and exposure
Attributes of individuals that fit well with Civil team
- Good understanding of Civil Construction projects
- Independent and self motivated
- Good time management
- Outcomes focussed professional who can work autonomously and remotely (WFH)
- Creative yet reliable individual
- Commercially and technically astute
- Maintain client relationship whilst pursuing best commercial outcomes for employer
