Admin Officer / Admin Coordinator - Plant Hire
Salary:
$75,000 - $90,000 + Super (based on experience)

You will be 1 of 4 members in the team – this role will allow you to be a versatile contributor, working collaboratively together and independently. Your ideas and initiative will be valued as you help get things done without needing hands held.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the glue that holds the equipment and resource distribution together, keeping the projects on track!
- No clock watching – everyone stays busy focusing on the tasks at hand – team work makes the dream work!
- Maintain precise records to ensure they are always ready to roll – attention to detail is key
- Take initiative and collaborate with departments to streamline logistics and keep everything humming
- When it comes to onboarding – you will welcome new clients and employees with a seamless onboarding experience
- Gather essential documentation and ensure everyone feels right at home
- Clearly explain and understand policies and procedures to set everyone up for success.
- Help maintain the company’s strong reputation by keeping accurate records
- Tackle compliance paperwork with finesse
- Attention to detail will be important to help the overall team succeed
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Experience in the construction or equipment hire industry A PLUS!!
- Positive attitude, team player mentality
- Stellar organizational skills and a knack for multitasking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, XERO, and Upvise software
- Excellent communication skills and a personable approach
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving
