The Opportunity

As Precast Supervisor, you'll be the leader of a 5-person team manufacturing concrete sleepers. Your days will be filled with:

• Supervising, supporting, and training your team.
• Ensuring top-notch quality control throughout the production process.
• Overseeing smooth production flow and tracking progress.
• Leading by example with a focus on safety.
• Utilizing machinery and equipment effectively.

 

The Honest Truth (The Not-So-Glamorous Parts)

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. Be prepared for:

• Early mornings: Shifts start at 6am and finish at 2:30pm.

 

Who You Are

You're a take-charge individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You have:

• 20+ years of experience in the precast industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
