The Opportunity

Here's what you'll do:

• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and project teams to craft innovative construction methodologies.
• Prepare detailed construction sequences, meticulously planned lift plans, and temporary works designs.
• Oversee barge design, ensuring unwavering adherence to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional engineering designs and documentation that meet all requirements.
• Champion a safe work environment and actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

The nitty-gritty (the not-so-glamorous parts):

• This role demands a meticulous eye for detail and unwavering accuracy.
• You'll need to excel at managing competing priorities and effectively prioritize tasks.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative is a must.

Who you are:

• Possess a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant Civil and/or Structural Design experience, complemented by a formal qualification in Civil Engineering, Ocean Engineering or Construction Management.

• Marine works experience is a plus, but a strong background in structural concrete and civil works is highly valued.
• You're a self-starter with exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a positive and can-do attitude.
