We’re partnering with a fast-growing Queensland civil contractor to find an ambitious Senior Project Engineer ready to take ownership, work closely with respected leaders, and help deliver complex civil infrastructure projects across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and regional Queensland.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in helping the project team deliver civil construction works safely, efficiently and to a high standard, with meaningful input across planning, delivery, quality, procurement and commercial control.
- Manage construction planning, programming and completion schedules.
- Work closely with the broader project team to support delivery against time and cost requirements.
- Implement and manage project quality systems, including ITPs.
- Provide onsite support when required to help achieve quality project outcomes.
- Coordinate procurement, quote requests, supplier engagement and supplier management.
- Manage subcontractors and maintain strong communication across delivery stakeholders.
- Support project cost control and commercial discipline.
- Maintain and apply relevant standards, specifications and policies.
About You
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the construction industry.
- Multi-disciplinary civil construction experience, such as urban, mining, DTMR or slope stabilisation works.
- A strong focus on safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements.
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- TMR and RMS specification experience is highly regarded.
- Current driver’s licence.
