What You’ll Do
You will guide projects through the full delivery lifecycle, balancing commercial discipline with strong relationships and clear leadership so your teams can perform at their best.
- Deliver civil subdivision and infrastructure projects from award through to completion.
- Lead project teams to achieve outstanding safety, quality and commercial outcomes.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, procurement and contract administration.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Drive project performance, innovation and continuous improvement.
About You
- A Civil Engineering degree, together with proven project management experience in civil construction; subdivision experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong commercial and contractual capability, including the confidence to manage budgets, forecasting, procurement and contract administration.
- A collaborative leadership style and clear communication skills that help you build trusted relationships with teams, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
- Well-developed organisational skills, enabling you to prioritise competing deadlines while remaining proactive and focused on results.
- A sound understanding of WHS, environmental and quality requirements in civil construction.
- A current Driver’s Licence and White Card.
