Project Manager – Reservoir Roof Replacement & Refurbishment
Location: Coolangatta, Gold Coast
Start: ASAP
Contract: Until April 2026
Reports to: General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or PE stepping up to lead a significant reservoir roof replacement and refurbishment project. This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of the project from early bid and tender response through planning, engineering collaboration, procurement, on-site coordination, delivery, finance, client communication, and final handover.

You will lead with confidence, bring structure, manage internal teams effectively, and drive the project forward to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full lifecycle project management, from initiation to completion

• Planning, scheduling, and budgeting

• Coordinating engineering drawings, procurement, and subcontractors

• Managing daily delivery, monitoring progress, and stakeholder communication

• Tracking financials, variations, invoicing, and reporting

• Conducting site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress

• Completing documentation, commissioning, and client handover

• Capturing lessons learned and supporting continuous improvement

About You:

• 3–5 years’ experience delivering projects end-to-end

• Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar

• Strong planning, organisation, and scheduling skills

• Confident communication with engineering, construction, HSEQ, and clients

• Ability to identify risks early and implement practical mitigation strategies

• High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality outcomes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project
