Join an award-winning infrastructure contractor with a reputation for delivering regionally significant and multidisciplinary projects across Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific.
As a Site Engineer you will support a strong pipeline of infrastructure upgrades and large-scale works. The successful candidate will join a well-established team delivering critical projects in the resources, water, and energy sectors — including pump stations, weir upgrades, mines, and water networks.
Your Role:

Support project delivery from tender through to commissioning

Assist with site-based engineering functions: risk, QA, environmental, and safety management

Monitor project costs, claims, procurement, variations, and reporting

Prepare and manage daily site records, ITPs, and subcontractor coordination

Participate in daily pre-starts, site meetings, audits and safety inspections

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
You’ll work under an experienced PM or Construction Manager and contribute to both solo and team-based delivery depending on project size.
About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

1–3 years' experience in a site-based engineering role (graduate to intermediate level)

Strong communicator with a safety-first mindset and attention to detail

Competent in MS Project, Excel, and site documentation management

Enjoys a hands-on, collaborative team environment

Be a positive and professional representative of the client when dealing with all stakeholders
- Conduct follow up procedures once a tender proposal has been submitted and when instructed
