Our client is a dynamic and energetic team, focused on agility and achieving amazing outcomes for Government, Asset Owners clients in the Infrastructure, Utilities and Property sectors.

 

The Opportunity

This is your chance to join a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in delivering a diverse range of local and state government funded projects across QLD and NSW.

 

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from business case to handover, for complex projects.
  • Manage project deliverables, schedules, costs, quality, and risks.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee day-to-day site activities and coordinate construction works.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and relevant legislation.
  • Contribute to tender and proposal preparation for new clients.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement in processes and procedures.

 

The Honest Truth (The Not-So-Glamorous Parts)

  • Travel will be required for some projects, with an expectation of no more than 2 nights away per week.
  • This role demands a high level of attention to detail and strong project documentation skills.

 

Who You Are

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in project management, construction management or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Management role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong project reporting, budgeting, and planning skills.
  • A meticulous approach to quality project documentation.
