About the Opportunity

You'll provide commercial leadership across a major inner-city rail project, this is a newly awarded flagship station project entering procurement. Working closely with experienced project and executive leaders, you'll oversee commercial strategy, contract administration, financial performance and risk management while mentoring a capable commercial team. This is a genuine leadership position where your advice is valued, your decisions have impact and your experience helps shape project outcomes.

You'll be responsible for

• Leading the commercial performance of a major infrastructure project.
• Developing commercial strategies that maximise project outcomes and minimise risk.
• Managing claims, variations, contract administration and dispute resolution.
• Providing financial oversight including forecasting, reporting and cost control.
• Building trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Mentoring and developing commercial team members.

About You

You'll bring:

• Extensive experience leading commercial functions on complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong contractual knowledge and experience managing claims and commercial risk.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound commercial judgement with strong financial and analytical capability.
• Qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
