Operations Manager – Subdivisions & Urban Development

Are you a Civil Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer with strong subdivision and urban works experience, ready for a fresh challenge? The Role

As Operations Manager, you’ll:

• Lead and support the project team in delivering subdivision and urban development projects from start to finish

• Be the key client-facing contact: building strong relationships with developers, consultants, subcontractors and clients

• Oversee budgets, forecasts and project performance, working closely with the Director to meet high standards of delivery

• Implement and refine systems, processes and workflows to boost efficiency, quality and safety

• Thrive in a hands-on environment where you’ll contribute your technical experience, mentor others and take your leadership skills to the next level

About You

• Degree-qualified Civil Engineer (essential)

• Proven experience in subdivision or urban civil infrastructure delivery as Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager

• Commercially savvy: comfortable with budgets, reporting, performance metrics

• Strong communicator who can engage with clients, consultants, subcontractors and crews

• Mentoring mindset: able to develop and support Project Engineers and Project Supervisors

• Motivated for growth, wanting to excel in a role with increasing responsibility and impact
