They are looking for Modular Site Supervisors to lead the build of modular pods right in the warehouse. This role is perfect for:

• Building Site Supervisors (Carpentry Trade) ready for a change of pace and a move away from traditional construction sites
• Electrical or Plumbing trades supervisors who have overseen building projects in entirety

What you will be doing:

• Leading factory-based teams, trades, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard
• Driving a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration
• Coordinating schedules, resources, and subcontractors for smooth, efficient delivery
• Acting as the critical link between design, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
• Reporting progress to Project and Construction Managers and shaping how projects come to life

What you will bring:

• Proven supervision experience on building sites or projects
• Trade qualification in carpentry, electrical, or plumbing
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction details
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• First Aid and CPR certification
