Up to $80,000 + Super + Bonus

 

Nevil is moving back to India to get married and take over his family business! He has done brilliant things for us but we are now looking for a new team member to support our success and take over where Nevil has left off.

Position overview

You will manage recruitment administration, marketing and communications support for our small team.  You will also help us to fully utilise our recruitment database so we can maximise our reach and the engagement. Most days will not be the same as you support our unique team and our ever-changing priorities and exciting opportunities. But amongst the pace and diversity of challenges will be an undercurrent of familiar activities to drive you and allow you to impact our continual improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting reports on our professional candidates
  • Manage and create content for our professional & social platforms promoting us, our projects and our clients’ work
  • Corporate documents and copywriting
  • Monthly contractor newsletter, spotlights, testimonials, case studies
  • Database optimisation including understanding the system’s capability and being our Super User.
  • Event and sponsorship coordinating
  • Contribute to marketing strategy and planning

 

Requirements:

Based out of our Sunshine Coast office, you could be a brilliant administrator or database wizz with a secret creative side or you could be a marketing guru who loves some admin and has been dying for a chance to take over a recruitment database (yes we do enjoy a bit of sarcasm). Due to the fast nature of recruitment, you will be a natural at prioritising, take pride in your attention to detail, and keen to learn more about the infrastructure and utilities sectors. Managing competing priorities and a geographically diverse team will be a challenge you are excited to accept. You will be naturally self-motivated and enjoy having a laugh along the way.
