Project Manager – Building - Client Rep 

Start Date: July 2025
Contract Length: 12-month contract with potential for extension
Rate: $90 – $95/hr + Super | 40–42 hours/week
Location: Brisbane

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in building construction to work across a series of commercial and retail upgrade, refurbishment and greenfield projects. This is your chance to play a key role in delivering high-profile developments that will shape the region’s future.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of tenancy delivery—from design coordination and approvals through to construction and commissioning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead coordination processes across multiple commercial and retail fit-outs

• Acting as the primary liaison between tenants, project teams, consultants and contractors

• Ensuring all works comply with guidelines, lease requirements, and relevant regulations

• Overseeing program milestones, stakeholder communication, and documentation

• Coordinating with government authorities and interfacing teams for seamless project delivery

• Championing safety and quality standards on all tenant works

You’ll Bring

• A degree in property, construction or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven experience in tenancy coordination or fit-out project management

• A good grasp of risk, contract compliance, and construction processes

• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
