What You'll Be Driving:

• Lead all structural concrete works including formwork, steel fixing, and precision pours

• Champion safety, quality, and efficiency across the site

• Run daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and performance-focused observations

• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and safety teams to maintain program and standards

• Track progress, manage materials, and keep stakeholders informed
