$90/hr + Super | 40hr work week | 6month contract

What you’ll be doing

• Working with Aconex to coordinate the control of project documents
• Support project-based training on systems, processes and document control procedures
• Ensure compliance within the document control and records management framework
• Work closely with key project stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships to ensure a high standard of document management
• Conduct regular internal audits and project reporting as required

About you

• You build trust quickly and communicate with confidence across a range of stakeholders
• You bring prior experience in document control, ideally within construction, mining, resources or infrastructure environments
• You have strong working knowledge of Aconex and know how to use it effectively in project settings
• You’re highly organised, detail-oriented and able to solve problems before they become roadblocks
• You’re comfortable training, supporting and influencing others to follow best-practice processes
• You bring a proactive, collaborative mindset and enjoy being the person who keeps projects organised and moving
