What You’ll Do

You’ll operate as a trusted advisor across the full infrastructure lifecycle, bringing structure, insight and confidence to clients navigating complex planning, investment and delivery decisions.

• Lead infrastructure advisory, planning and project delivery across government, education, private sector and asset owner clients.
• Develop clear, practical advice across business cases, concept planning, cost planning, procurement strategies and project management.
• Guide clients through complex infrastructure decisions by translating technical, commercial and stakeholder considerations into actionable recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships while identifying opportunities to support growth, expand services and deepen long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across planning, traffic, transport, engineering and program management to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.
• Review designs, provide technical guidance and contribute to investment decisions that balance quality, practicality and future community needs.

About You

• You bring 8–10+ years’ experience across infrastructure planning, project management, engineering, advisory or a related consulting environment.
• You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering, project management, urban development, urban design or a related discipline.
• You’re confident contributing to business cases, infrastructure planning, procurement, project delivery and strategic advisory work.
• You enjoy working with clients, asking the right questions, and turning complex issues into clear, practical advice.
• You’re a strong communicator and relationship-builder who can influence stakeholders and build trust at senior levels.
• You’re proactive, collaborative and commercially aware, with a commitment to quality, accountability and successful outcomes.

• Take ownership of self-performed civil and structural works, giving you hands-on exposure across key parts of project delivery.
• Help ensure works are delivered safely, to specification, and within budget and program.
• Prepare, monitor and update weekly and monthly plans so the project team has clear visibility of what needs to happen next.

Senior Project Engineer

Are you a passionate Senior Project Engineer wanting a strong ownership across delivery on a major wastewater infrastructure project?


The Opportunity

You will be responsible for overseeing the integrated delivery of the SPS, Sewer Rising Main, and barometric loop works, ensuring alignment across multiple complex work fronts including deep excavation, pipeline installation, trenchless crossings, and M&E systems.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end infrastructure delivery: site establishment, earthworks, pipeline installation, structures and M&E works, testing and commissioning, and final handover documentation.
• Strong focus on safety (SWMS-driven), quality assurance (ITPs and as-builts), and compliance with Unitywater, WSAA, and Australian Standards,
• Ensuring that the project works are completed safely and in compliance with Company and our client’s procedures, engineering drawings/ specifications, budgets and timeframes
• Delivery is staged and highly coordinated, with specialist subcontractors engaged for trenchless works, PE welding, pressure testing, and electrical/control systems.
• The project operates in constrained and sensitive environments including residential areas, live roads, utilities, and waterways requiring detailed traffic management, environmental controls, and community engagement throughout construction.
• Prepare, monitor and update plans and working to weekly and monthly programs
• Provide engineering and technical advice to the project team
• Assist with Procurement of key subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring quality requirements are being met
• Programming and planning of the works

Who You Are

•  Civil Engineering Degree or similar
• 2+ years’ experience as an engineer on civil infrastructure projects
• Ability to read and understand civil, structural and services drawings
• Manage and raise technical queries
• Knowledge of construction scheduling and sequencing
• Understanding of Quality Control Systems
• Excellent safety record from previous projects
